INSTRUCTIONS and FORMS for SCHOOLS:
1 - Selection of student participants
Each school is responsible for the selection of their student participants. The number of students that schools may bring is based on the institution’s enrollment. If a school's enrollment is over 10,000: 12 students; 9,999 – 2,000: 8 students; or under 2,000: 4 students. We encourage schools to send 1 advisor to every 4 students. However, we require that schools send at least 1 advisor. The selection process is managed by each school. We provide a sample application form (available below) to be used. You can see sample eligibility requirements too. Please be sure to have your own internal application deadline that allows you to meet the January 15 deadline for submission of a participant list to FILC. Once a school has selected their students, they will need to send a participant list to Kelly Reid (kreid@mail.ucf.edu). The list of participants and advisors, along with payment of the early-bird registration of $85 per participant, is due by Friday, January 15. The late registration fee is $100. The list should include, first name, last name, sex, and dietary needs. Payments should be mailed to Ms. Kelly Reid, International Services Center, University of Central Florida, P.O.Box 160130, Orlando, FL 32816-0130.
